Our primary service area is Cape Town and surrounding regions. For destination events or special requests outside this area, availability can be arranged during consultation.
Do you work with preferred suppliers?
Yes. We work with a trusted network of professional suppliers, including venues, décor specialists, caterers, and technical teams. We’re also happy to collaborate with suppliers you already have in place should venues only use their suppliers.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak seasons. Corporate events may be booked closer to the date, depending on availability and event scope.
